The protection of your personal data during the collection, processing and use of data that take place when you purchase one of our products is something we take extremely seriously. Your details are protected in accordance with statutory regulations. Below you will find information regarding the data that can be collected as part of a purchase and how it can be used.
You can browse our website without having to give us any of your personal data. If you purchase an item and register with us, you will be informing us of your personal data via the details you provide.
(2) Disclosure of your data to third parties
The data you provide will be used solely for the purposes of fulfilling and processing your order. This includes the disclosure of your data to our dispatch company as required for delivery purposes. It also includes the disclosure of your payment details to our bank and/or our payment processing company. Except as provided for under (4) and (5), we will not disclose your data to any third parties or use it for marketing purposes. Once your order has been fully processed and the purchase price paid in full, your data will be blocked from further use and, following the expiry of tax and trade law obligations, deleted. You are entitled to be provided with information free of charge relating to your stored data and are further entitled to have it corrected, blocked or deleted. You can object to the use of your data at any time without incurring any costs other than the usual transmission costs charged at the basic rate.

In order to provide you with the best possible service, we will pass your email address on to our dispatch operator, DHL, who will then inform you by email of the likely delivery date of your order. If for any reason your order cannot be dispatched, you will be sent an email informing you of the delay or non-availability.
